New Things Happenings

I've been thinking a lot about making some changes around here.  I always view this blog as a place where I have to write a lot and the writing part is what causes me to procrastinate.  I'm going to start focusing on making this a more playful and hopefully inspiring space because that is also what I am doing in my real life.  I'm working a lot and the ideas are churning and I'm excited about the future and for the first time in a long time I feel like my goals are very tangible.  I hope you like my new banner and I hope it's indicative and things to come!

In the last post I said I would do a tutorial on backing a window with fabric.  Once I looked at my three photos I realized... probably no tutorial neccesary. Cut, Iron, Staple. But for posterity reasons I thought it would be nice to document. Humor me. ( :

But here is how it turned out. Now I want to make a million more.

Last night I did a photo shoot. I created my new banner but also took some fun pics of what I have been making.  I need to edit the photos a bit but wanted to share them here.

I'm re-doing my party in a jar contents. 

I thought it would be nice to add more party supplies like cupcake liners and candles.

I'm excited. I'm drinking iced coffee and it's making me feel like Spring is around the corner and I'm excited!
