New in Shop

I just added this 8" x 10" photo in my etsy shop.
Also, if you noticed in my blog I've been bumming a lot about my shop and how to be more successful. I got some great feedback about styling my shop photos so that's what I've been doing lately. I've been using my "house" as a backdrop. Here are a few so far. Any suggestions?

What are your weekend plans? Even though I plan on slaving away in the studio I also plan on seeing this movie and this one. Have a good weekend!

ooh, I like! Especially the one with the suitcases. I've been thinking about doing this more myself as well but it's sooo dark during winter - we're just getting proper daylight now.

I sometimes think styled photos look really interesting but then again, when you sell photos and paintings those are usually clearer when you see them on the front page. I think the best advice is to just update, update, renew, renew, renew the shop as often as possible.

your styling really suits your work. i love the one on the chair ~ the white {not all white} background gives the pic contrast and makes your work pop out.

it's so tricky ~ i've just spent 2 days working on photos of prints!

as far as i've gathered, using the styled shot in the second or third frame helps with getting work into treasuries. it seems best to show the scan or complete image in the first frame for this. might be just me though!
